이베이 G마켓 인수 조건부 승인이라....

<기업결합 승인 조건>
○ 다음과 같은 내용을 3년간 준수하여야 함.
-판매수수료율의 인상금지
-등록수수료, 서비스(광고)수수료(경매방식 제외) 단가의 인상을 소비자물가인상률 이내로 제한
-중소규모 판매자를 위한 보호대책 수립
-공정거래법 준수 방안 수립·시행 및 수립내용 판매자 공지
○2011.1.1 이후 경쟁상황이 변경된 경우 위 조건의 변경 가능
※ 공정위는 사전심사 요청한 내용과 같은 기업결합을 정식 신고할 경우 위 시정조치를 부과할 것임을 eBay에게 통지
결합심사 안될 줄 알았다....불과 1년전에 시장지배자적 지위를 남용했다고 우리팀원이 공정위가서 조사 받고 한게 엊그제 일인데
이제와서는 온라인커머스에 30%수준이란다....

이기형회장은 싼가격에 구지 팔생각이 없을것이다. 이미 이번 승인뉴스로 인해 그동안 주가안정을위해 했던 자사주 매입도
이번기회에 팔았을 것이고 그렇다면 엄청난 시세 차익을 남길수 도 있었을 것이다.
이번 일을 게기로 느낀점이 있다면...세상 믿을 놈 아무도 없다 라는거다. 역시 세상은 혼자고 나밖에 믿을건 없다.
지금 회사에는 수없이 많은 낭설이 떠돌고 급기야 경영진은 이를 수습하고 있다.
많은 부분이 옥션측에서 나온 낭설이라고는 하는데 그건 그때 되바야 아는 거고,(결함심사도 안될거라고 생각지 않았는가?)
다만 바램이 있다면 내손에 피 묻히는 일은 없었으면 좋겠다는 거다. 물론 남의 피 묻은 손에 내가 죽을 수도 있지만....
그래도 그편이 나을 수도 있을거 같다.
